I am a private person, one who has been called, by some, a 'shadow leader'. I have had a varied career in business, both in Asia and the US, as a consultant and running businesses including, for fifteen years, a software company. I am now committed to the most important work of my life, that of helping to reimagine the very nature of learning in our schools and beyond.

For the last ten years I have been exploring how the agile mindsets and skillsets might transform the learning culture of schools.

My search has been for the essence, what one might call the wellspring, of Agile in the hope that it might guide the journey and illuminate its deeper meaning and transformative potential beyond software development.

This journey continues, now leading us into explorations of the means by which these complex organic systems not only emerge but are sustained with a life-giving vitality.
